What do you like about our workout?

I love that not every workout is the same. I love that the hour gos by so quickly. I wish that Tuesdays and Thursdays started at 5:00 instead of 5:15- Mission Viejo is the only location in our area that has different start times on different days. RSM and San Clemente both start at 5 all week.

I like the fact that it is different every time. The coaches are friendly and do an amazing job and the front desl personnel are amazing. Keep up the great work. I will be coming to the Mission Viejo OTF for a long time.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how the coaches push me to keep going or to push harder. If I was working out at home or the gym I would never burn this many calories because I would stop as soon as I felt tired. I also love the fact that we do cardio and weights as well as floor excercises. I’m glad my friend recommended Orangetheory to me because I am obsessed!

I don't like the workout, I don't like working out. :) I am thrilled by the coaches and the organized approach and being able to see my progress.

Fun, quick, efficient, effective, coached and drastically reduces the likelihood of injury.

I especially like the real time heart rate monitoring and the coaching.

I also like the fact that Orangetheory is results driven.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety, the focus on the increased heart rate training and the focus on core strength. I have safely lost weight, gotten stronger and significantly faster in my running. All amazing results by simply attending twice per week.

Love the workout. I don’t like that the scheduling is not flexible... I booked an 8:15 am class day before, called that morning Bc 7:10 class was open and wanted to come to that one and they said they would treat the 8:15 as a n/s and charge me. That’s ridiculous! The 7 was open, same instructor for both classes and they said it would effect the coaches pay 🙄 makes no sense to me! That makes me want to discontinue membership. They use to be way more flexible, what’s up w that?

What do you like about our workout?

Honestly, I just love every aspect of a workout from Orange Theory! My coaches are fantastic and motivating. I am always challenged in every workout. I love that no workout is the same and I am truly pushed in each class. Says a lot since I attend 4-5 days a week. I always look forward to my classes and generally book a month in advance. Planning my lifestyle around the gym!!
