What do you like about our workout?

I am approaching my first year as an OTF Member. I have not met my objectives. I HAVE EXCEEDED THEM! My cardio continues to improve with greater calorie burn at a lower average heart rate. I have even lost 9 lbs. in the process! I also had the privilege of working with Coach Rob for the first time. Like all the other Coaches, he is exceptionally helpful and encouraging. It was also neat seeing Coach Leigh again during my last session. The workout will keep me a faithful member. However, Jen, Steph, Kristen, Tim, Ty, Keith, Zach, Ethan, Drew, Britney, Caleb, and of course Rebecca, and others whom my memory fails to list, continue to make me feel like "Family"!

What do you like about our workout?

Great instructors, warm and friendly management, and personal attention. They always give suggestions to modify workouts, and make an effort to know everyone's name. I leave every workout feeling better physically, but also in an energized, great mood.

What do you like about our workout?

That it combines cardio and body toning, incorporating at least 15 min of treadmill is important to me for my overall workout and most classes do not offer this.

The staff was really nice and it's obvious that the staff work hard to make a comfortable atmosphere! Would definitely recommend.

Coach Ethan is an incredible coach! Knows my name, what I am capable of and pushes me to my limit. He corrects my form to prevent injury and is an overall great person.....happy, energetic, positive and down to earth! He makes me want to come to class!

The interval training The instruction and instructors ability to give everybody attention and make sure they were using proper form. The variety of exercises and the feedback from the monitors

Its scale-able for any fitness level, gives you the visual of when to push harder or reset your intensity, the vibe and environment is super positive, people and staff are friendly, and the workout is outstanding and sustainable. Very excited to continue with OT!
