Not just the coaches, but the front staff and everyone else in the class is pushing you to work hard for the whole 60 minutes....and get better each time you come back.

I love that I don't have to think about it! The best part is having an instructor motivating me and telling me what to do---it really takes a lot of the work out of the workout.
Quick pace keeps you engaged in the work out not wishing it to be over. The direction of the instructor makes it easy to keep up as a newbie.
