I loved going into a workout and not having to plan anything but to show up and give 100%! Being a former D1 college athlete, this brought me back to the competitiveness but also sense of being on a team. I pushed myself because the person next to me motivated me by working hard. If I was alone in a gym I probably would have stopped early on. This gave me my motivation and drive to get back into shape after having a baby and being able to be strong and happy with my own body!
How comfortable I felt and how the coaches talked to you, made sure you were doing things, and motivated you, but were never too overpowering/ judgmental

I like how my worked out is mixed between the trades, rowing and weight. I like to see how my heartbeat on my screen while working out which gives me control of how much i can push.
and most of all i love the staff from the moment you walk in they know your name and always try to accommodate you with your preference. I like to always start on the trade! the staff is super friendly and welcoming everyone. and most importantly the coaches are amazing, love everyone of them specially coach G, Coach Carly, Coach Jessica, and Coach Ally. they are highly trained to watch over you when working out.

Brooke and all the trainers are amazingly supportive, the front desk staff are very helpful. Studio is always clean, warm, and welcoming. Even after moving and having other locations closer, Patchogue is well worth the extra drive. Would highly recommend!

I love everything about Orange theory. There are flexible schedules and the coaches are top tier. The classes are intense and rigorous. I’m always being challenged. I could never push myself the way I am pushed here.
I Like that every day you have no idea what the workout will be and it’s ALWAYS different!
I like the structure of the workouts. I like the usage of the equipment at the gym. I like the fact that there is a coach guiding pushing you through each workout. I like that these workouts have me do things I probably wouldn't do on my own. And I love the use of technology in keeping track of my heart intensity and previous workouts so I can see my improvement

It would be a 10 but too many waitlists. Not really the studios fault but wouldn’t recommend at a friend who wants to go on weekends.
Great coaching and music. Workouts different every time working all parts of the body. Feel like you have a personal trainer but in a group setting.
The instruction throughout and motivation from the coaches. Of course, it’s a great workout as well.
OTF Oceanside it the best gym I have ever join because it's not just a gym. Fallon and Kate have created a community for all members!

I enjoy the motivating instructors and the concentration on weights. I also like variations in the workouts and the fact that you have class times to accommodate those who work all day.
