The classes are varied which avoids boredom. You are able to tweak the workouts to challenge yourself. The studio lighting is nice and studio is clean.

There are many options for not only how you are feeling but how much you can work. It’s not all out if you can’t but in the environment and music it makes you want to work.

Have a set time gets me there ebmven if I don’t want to go. Once I am there, it is a great workout. Staff are extremely nice and supportive.

Efficiency. I like to schedule my workout, so it’s planned. Then show up and not think about what to do, yet have a great challenging workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it is a full body workout that for one hour I am going to work hard and my whole body will feel better afterward. I like that I don't have to think beyond planning what classes each week I am going to take, that once I step into the gym I know the coaches will tell me what to do to get a great workout in. I also like that the coaches hold me accountable and push me to do more even when I doubt myself they make me better and motivate me. I love that everyone loves being there you can really feel the energy in the room and it is extremely motivating. I also like the block formation you're never bored in a class and it feels very you vs you with the lights dim and the music blasting. There's no comparing its just good vibes from the whole team!

What do you like about our workout?

The encouragement to keep going and to keep pushing forward. I would never push myself that much on my own and that’s what I love about these classes.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workouts combine running, rowing, and floor and that it’s never the same workout day to day. They are intensive but you can also work at your own pace. You can be a runner, jogger, or walker. and the floor exercises also have alternative. It’s a workout that really made for every level. I always feel great leaving there after a workout. I feel like I worked out hard, feel accomplished that I was able to conquer the workout, and had great coaches to motivate me. OTF definitely helped me built my endurance and more importantly the consistency of going to the gym because I actually love the workouts. OTF Port Washington coaches are the best !!

Variety of class routines. Each program is designed to challenge the full body. Guidance offered by well trained coaches. Class schedules are extremely accommodating. Music is really good.

Staff is courteous and welcoming! I always walk away feeling better than when I walked in! Whats not to love about OT?
