The coaches are motivating, upbeat, and encouraging. The data showing how many calories I've burned, my heart rate, and distance traveled also help to push me forward.

The classes are great, and the coaches are so helpful. They really push you to what you can do, an adjust your workout if you have an injury or limitation.
Every day is different and challenging. You can adjust the intensity to your level from beginner or advanced by treadmill speed, incline, light or heavy weights. The heartrate monitor allows you to see how much energy you're exerting and when to push yourself and when to maintain your intensity. The staff and the coaches are very friendly and engaging to help you reach your potential personal goals. They know when to push you and can help if you have any restrictions for your level. You book your classes on the app up to a week in advance and can change a class up to 8 hours prior. This really holds you accountable so when the alarm goes off in the morning, you're more motivated to go to class and not miss it. Classes always start on time, so you get in and out in 60 minutes. You always leave with sweat dripping off your body. The facilities are always clean, and they even have private showers if you need to quickly get to work. Classes start as early as 5 am and run throughout the day into the evening so there is no excuse that you can't make it. I enjoy going to the 605am class before work, so I'll have time later for my kids, the dog, and my husband.

The workout was awesome. I’ve been an orange theory member for 5 years and Kates class was one of my favorites ever!! Her passion, her tone, and overall vibe was just everything I needed to push my boundaries. The music was also so great, it allowed for me to not hyper focus on my fatigue and just enjoy!
Everything! The motivating coaches (feels like I have a personal trainer), the varied workouts (every day is different), combo of strength and cardio, done in an hour, music, convenient location.
Programming is well rounded and well thought out, I like that I can’t procrastinate getting started, just show up and start. Chris is an awesome coach, he pays attention, tweaks form and makes suggestions to optimize movements. Love his classes.
