I love how we are told what to do by coaches so we don’t need to figure it out independently like at the regular gym, it’s always a different template so different areas are constantly targeted and never gets boring and we get to listen to music.
The structure of the classes and that the coaches educate you if your form is wrong. I have had amazing results (lost 25 pounds) since starting orange theory after years of failed gym attempts.

OTF is a mix of everything, which I love. The coaches at OTF Farmingdale are the best! I drive 15 minutes to go to this location even though there is one 2 minutes from my house.

This is the first gym that I have been committed to. The structured class helps me stay on task and reach my fitness goals. Orange Theory was a game changer for me. I am better shape in my 40's after 2 kids, compared to my early 20's. I highly recommend Orange Theory who feel intimated working out alone at the gym. The staff makes feel welcomed and the patrons are team players and non judgemental.
An hour where the coaches direct me and I don't have to think about anything else. Great workout, generally good music.

Full body workout , high calorie burn, the splat system, the drive to reach the after-burn & able to monitor heart rate zone. Great coaches make it a fun and very challenging workout!
There is a great mix between rowing, running, and weight work. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, engaged and great motivators. They know how to bring it.!!!
