I liked that the instructions were laid out on either a piece of paper on the treadmill, the whiteboard for the rowers or the screen for the floor. This cut down on explanation time and made the workout more efficient. i like the self-pacing aspect that allows you to make as challenging as you want
I like the Sean elf community that otf workouts provide and the environment is very encouraging for all who attend.
Daniel makes the workout fun and relaxed and I'm amazed that after an hour I've gotten 30 plus splat points!

This location is the best! It is larger than some studios and the staff & layout is wonderful.
Not crazy about the nastigrams following day-after a visit completed with sign-in on iPad but that seems to be a problem at every site except the home studio. OTF needs to fix this "you missed your class" email. It is annoying.

I’ve been an OTF member for over two years and I have never done the same workout twice! That might be my favorite thing about OTF. I also love how the classes rotate through a progressive model from endurance to power days. I took classes throughout my pregnancy and felt safe and strong the whole time. After giving birth, I got back to OTF as soon as I could and I have never felt stronger!
Variety
I love the variety, intensity, and results! I love the coachs! It’s so nice they know my name. :-)
As I think about it, another great thing is that you just show up — you don’t have to plan an awesome full body + cardio workout. YET, you do have to fully engage body and mind in the workout — you have to concentrate to follow along, in a really good way!
the right sized groups
not too big so as to lose the "personal trainer" feel
but not one-on-one so as to be given more attention than sometimes desired
An active, energetic, involved coach makes all the difference! Pushing you and encouraging you to do just one more rep or increase that speed or incline! Most of the coaches do this and that’s why I come back!
