It has everything I like doing in a workout. Weights, cardio and some rowing to incorporate the whole body. I love power days, short quick bursts on the treadmill. My time there seems to fly by because I enjoy it.

All the coaches push me to be my best and I always love going to class! One recommendation I have is when classes are full, the coaches should encourage each member to follow the number on the treadmill to the rower/floor! Otherwise I absolutely love going to orange theory!!

Its never the same class, the coaches are encouraging. Seeing my splat points on the screen helps keep me going during class and motivates me to get just one more minute in the orange and red zones before class is over
Having someone tell me exactly what I do but having the freedom to decide my intensity level. Having a different workout daily so I don’t exhaust one muscle group too much

I LOVE that it is high energy, always different and challenging. Keeps me on my toes and allows me to push myself harder or back off if I need to. The staff is also super friendly which makes me feel super comfortable. LOVE OTF!!!

The coaches, Different workout each day.
Like the variety of the workouts and the coaches passion and making sure we are doing the exercises correctly. It is great that the coaches challenge us or let us know how we can challenge ourselves safely.
First, I love our coaches-they are all very motivating and do an awesome job with leading the workouts and making corrections to form. I also love the variety with the workouts-never the same thing twice other than the basics. I've been going to OT for over a year-although there are times I may not want to go, once I'm there I'm in it.
