I am a member in a Massachusetts OTF and found the staff in Naples to be incredibly welcoming and friendly during my visit. My only complaint is that many of their classes are full so was only able to go to one of the three classes that I was hoping for.

Great trainers, a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable, and a challenging workout for all ages makes Orange Theory the Last name removed place to meet your personal workout goals.
The variety - different every time keeps it from getting boring.
My only suggestion for would be shorten the workout to leave 5 Minutes to stretch at end of class.
