I love the energy, knowledge and professionalism of the coaches. I also love the variety in our workouts and not having to come up with the routine myself. The routines prompt exercises I wouldn't do if left to my own devices and the results are noticeable.

High energy. Variety. Can push as much or little and work at own pace. Some coaches push for maximum impact and explain carefully how to perform the exercises. Monitoring heart rate and getting “splat” points. Can do it while traveling!
You really get the best workout in one hour. The trainers are amazing and the staff make you feel like part of the family.

OTF University Park offers a Structured, well balanced workout with highly trained coaches that take their jobs seriously. Friendly, yet supportive coaches who want the best and safest workouts for their participants. Even though there are up to 24 people in the gym at the same time, the coaches take a personal approach and are able to correct forms, offer different exercises when needed and always offer support and encouragement. Call out especially to Coach Taylor and Coach Amanda. You guys are great at your job.

The coaches and community is so supportive! Never have I actually looked forward to working out until now! Also, I have learned so much about strength training and proper form. 6 mile cypress orange theory has helped me find a passion for fitness and has been a key factor in helping me lose over 60 lbs in the past 2 years.
Also, shoutout to coach Dayna for always pushing me since day one and being so inspiring.

I like that a great general workout is planned and all I have to do is show up. I don’t have the time, interest, or education in creating a workout regimen. I can count on OTF to provide a good Cardio/Strength workout every time I show up. What separates Gandy from other studios is Coach Steph. She is engaging, fun, motivational, and informative. Group fitness in South Tampa is a highly competitive market and great coaches like Stephanie are what a studio needs to stand out from the crowd.
I love the personal training in the group setting. I think Laurie & Anthony are the bomb!
