Very Effective for the time spent
My favorite thing about Orange Theory Fitness is that no two days are the same! Each workout hits different body parts and all the exercises are challenging. I appreciate the personal touch the instructors give; they know me, know when to push me, and help me modify when necessary. I also like that I have cardio options such as the treadmill, elliptical, and bike. The variety of class times is also a plus, I can get my workout in any time of the day!
Everything!!!! Well rounded work out, great & motivating music and most of all, great instructors!!! My only complain is the 12 hour cancellation--- ridiculous, what happens when you wake up sick or an emergency comes up. At least a 4-6 hour cancellation, there is always a waiting list!
I like that it's very efficient. I can go two days per week, and get the same or better results than my friends who literally "go to the gym" every day!
