Great ambience
Obviously the fact that one gets a very good workout in only an hour is a big "plus." On top of that. I only wish that there was a TV to entertain us during the treadmill sequence would be fantastic, I don't think that it would make me push myself less and I think others would agree. Running towards myself (aka looking at myself in the mirror) can get a bit boring :-D Otherwise, everyone is very friendly from the front desk to the trainers. Great job guys!
Motivating and face paced. I'm a beginner and go at my own pace but I like the class.

I like that it's a intense hour long workout where I am pushed and challenged to do my best.
It was NOT boring! It was quick and upbeat and David is a caring and exciting coach/trainer who paid attention to everyone and checked in with us newbies just enough. No part of the workout was too complicated or extra intimidating. There was one part that we were doing on the ropes and I just couldn't get it - David saw me tired and struggling and gave me just one quick (super-quick) and simple pointer...and I was able to do it! I think what I liked most was that I could monitor my personal status at any time and it wasn't just what a usual workout for me would be in the past...pushing myself to extreme limits thinking that I am doing a good thing. I could actually SEE when I was giving enough and in the Orange zone so I knew I didn't have to be "killing" myself to get a good workout. This is the first time I have seriously worked out since being pregnant with my daughter who is almost 3 1/2...and I wish I could make it in every day!
