It's really the best workout I've done. I like that's it's an hour, the instructors are all very good trainers and staff very nice. It's clean. I like how it's dark and the music is loud.

It pushes me. I'm a lazy girl when it comes to exercising. But after a fab class with Cindy, Noah et al, I then walk for another hour and then take a swim. I feel more energized, mainly because the class got me out of my own comfort zone. The instructor's enthusiasm and helpfulness is key, the music gets you pumped up, its a group effort and I find myself challenged and just can't quit. I'm 65, a lot older than the group. But I ALWAYS feel welcomed, am cared for and the instructors make it their business to see that I have the instruction necessary to work it right.
