I like that they are fast. The hour(or 45 minutes) goes by so quickly and because I work out in the morning I can get on with my day knowing I don’t have to worry about getting my workout in.

It's always something different and the coaches are always there to motivate you. Even on yoru "off" days, you never leave feeling like it wasn't worth coming. Honestly, I don't know enough to put together my own workout. This is the best of both worlds - like having your own personal trainer but also that you're independently able to decide what works best for you.

High intensity with great coaches and varying workouts!
The workouts are never the same from day to day. I have tried other gyms and personal trainers and was eventually bored. They will even modify certain exercises to your level of motion or lower impact if needed. The combination of the cardio and strength training is top notch! Whether you are a beginner or someone that has many workouts in the past, they can provide the personal help you require.
I like the early morning time options, and that it's a full hour of exercise that includes cardio, weights, and rowing. The time goes by very fast and entertaining
