Melanie and Jill are both super! I can't do some of the jumping and take the modification on a lot of the difficult exercises. I see other people doing it and that challenges me to improve. With every one thing that I couldn't do last week, but now can, even if it's not the full count, I feel an accomplishment. Orange Theory is the best thing I do for myself!

Variety rules! Never the same workout, not even close! Instructors have the passion to share their workout philosophy' then burn baby burn!
The classes are challenging. I like that the instructors help you to modify an exercise if you have physical restrictions. Thank you.
