What do you like about our workout?

Melanie and Jill are both super! I can't do some of the jumping and take the modification on a lot of the difficult exercises. I see other people doing it and that challenges me to improve. With every one thing that I couldn't do last week, but now can, even if it's not the full count, I feel an accomplishment. Orange Theory is the best thing I do for myself!

The structure of interval training on the treadmill and the changes in weight lifting routines. I also like that by the end of the class, I've had a full body workout.
