The variety is great! You don't have a chance to get bored with any one exercise or any one pace. Noah does a great job motivating and guiding you through the workout. It would be even better if you cut it down to 50 minutes and used the last 10 to stretch even more than is currently being done.

With every workout there is a new challenge, Andrea Gamlin & Shannon Farkowski are great trainers who push and encourage everyone. I highly recommend OTF Royal Palm Beach to men and women, those just starting a fitness routine and for those looking to take their training to the next level!

I liked the time the reception staff took explaining the process to me.
Then the trainer spent time with me before class, watched me during and explained the numbers to me after class.

What I like the most about the workout is the guided exercises from the trainer. They push you to the next level that you didn't even know you could go.
I love the intervals and that it pushes me to my limits. I would definitely recommend OTF for anyone who wants to increase their cardiovascular health and lose weight. I normally HATE running but I always look forward to running at OTF because of the exciting intervals.
It's different and fun and effective
I love the friendly attitude that greets you when you walk through the door. I also love the attention that the trainers give. The studio is always clean, and never smells like a gym.

Great coaches! They are upbeat, encouraging, correct your form, and make you work your butt off literally. I like the class size and that the workout is always different, making it impossible to zone out or get bored.
The coach interaction with everyone , he gets to know you and your limits, hence helping you achieve desired end result without overdoing it
