I like the variety of exercises. I like that the treadmill work has intervals so I don't get bored. I'm always worn out after these workouts but it's a great full body workout!

The variety of exercises and duration of them.
I like that every workout is a little different. The vibe is great! The people here are wonderful. I am greeted daily by Emma or Derrick. And coaches Mario, Colton, Jeremy, and Whitney always make sure I have a challenging but doable workout.
The workouts are consistently challenging and results come quickly.
It's a tough but rewarding workout. No two sessions are the same. I like how it is structured so that people with varying abilities and/or fitness goals can do it at their own pace.
It leaves me exauhsted feeling like I really pushed myself.
