If you want a consistently great workout with challenges and a way to increase (or maintain) your conditioning, this is an excellent choice. I have been a member for over a decade and it keeps me strong and healthy!
Every workout is different , easy to follow and the coaches are there to assist with any corrections.
The variety and all the possible adaptations for those of us who aren’t as young as the majority of the clients 😃

I love the variety, the coaches and the community! The workouts are a good balance of cardio and strength which is perfect for me! OT is so motivating, I just need to get myself to class and once I am there I am guaranteed to have great workout!

I love Maddie, Taylor and Brooke! They are positive, prevent injuries, care about the members and are motivating.
Coach Brian could use some personal development skills on being more approachable, playing less intense music, and following an all foods fit model rather than a food hierarchy of instilling a fear of sugar if he doesn’t have a a degree in dietetics he shouldn’t be giving nutrition advice. There was a gym in TX involved in a 4 million dollar lawsuit because trainers were giving false information about nutrition or look at Brittany Dawn who sold bogus meal plans to clients. Just a cautionary tale, how we talk about food matters and poor information can hurt someone.
I love Orangetheory. I've been doing it for almost five years. It's transformed my physical appearance, which also helps my mental state of mind. I enjoy all the coaches and staff, but I've made such great friends, too. It's the only workout program I've ever stuck to. I actually want to go work out!! I love my home studio and the different workouts. I also appreciate the focus on weight training and get form guidance and the music is the BEST!

Great coaches.
The workouts out already set! You just listen to the trainer and do your best, no thinking about what to do other than keep good form and breathe! The trainers are motivating and they keep it fun 🤩
Variability in the workouts and the group atmosphere. I like that you can choose to focus on strength or cardio but still get both if you want. I love the strength classes and would like to see more of those.

Where do I start?? My coaches!!! They motivate me and make me feel important. They know when to push me.
The workout!! I love how it is different everyday. I like the specialty workout days. I like the 50 classes when I want to mix things up.

It’s different each time, always a weight segment
The staff here is so nice!! I recently took a class w the always amazing Coach Lori!! Cameron was working the front desk, and was sweet as always!! I have not seen her since downtown phx orange theory and was great to see her at Mayo. Lori runs classes so smoothly and always has great alternate options for exercises. She’s a true professional! I resigned up and am looking forward to adding OTF back into my daily routine.
