I love this gym. I have been going to gyms since I was 13 and this is my favourite to date. I love the sense of ‘family’ when attending classes. The ladies all get to know one another. I love that Marina takes classes as well. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the owners of other gyms that I have attended. It’s a very personal experience.
I love the Class Times and Mix of Classes available. I love the extremely easy booking app. Instructors are friendly, helpful and approachable.
I am really happy I have recently joined to do rehab for my back as I hope to get my body strong again and improve my fitness level.

I loved the classes, all we tailored to what my body needed. They are so different and varied to other gyms
Love it when the classes are fun but difficult. The trainers do a great job of getting the energy up in the room. Tribal Tournament was seriously so much fun and I noticed some significant gains in my fitness.
Wish there were a midday class like Function Fit on Mondays again.
