Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Instructors are ALL!! awesome :D I had been a regular at Bikram Hot Yoga, but had to take a break due to double total knee replacements. Recently I came back to the practice and the instructors have been very helpful giving me advice and encouragement with my recovery. They assure me that I can get back to normal and do the poses that I thought I wouldn't be able to do again. Very encouraging and inspires me to keep on coming.
