The overall experience at this studio is wonderful. The environment itself is warm and welcoming - it has a feeling of being home. All the instructors are amazing and do a great job. I love the new classes and meditation.

I absolutely love everything about the studio.the studio was really clean and bright. I always feel safe and comfortable in Mary's class (everyone too). I love that there are more potions of classes.

It's an exercise activity I actually enjoy. Camila and Dominica are really awesome they really teach you how to get into the move and if that isn't working for you they show you other ways. I really wish the Doral location had the meditation class though.
