Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. It was my first time so i was a little nervous, but you all made me feel comfortable within seconds. Although it was really really hard, i enjoyed every second of it. I have already recommend you all to a few friends - now lets see if they have the courage to give it a shot.

Everything! The staff is the friendliest that I have found anywhere in Miami. It is the reason I committed to your studio. It's really refreshing to walk in to a gym, especially in Miami, where you don't feel like you are in competition with another member.
The classes are great as well. Although I started with Bikram, I ended up loving Vinyasa. I always look forward to coming to class!
