Friendly staff.
Almost never have to wait to use a machine or station. Plenty of space to do what I need to do. Absolutely love the variety of equipment and stuff to train my body. 11/10 gym. Good vibes, helpful environment and patrons. Would definitely recommend and have recommended to other people already !

Lots of equipment to choose from. For the most part the building is well maintained. The showers in the women's need some attention & there really should be more than one squat press & leg press. Cardio equipment should be a little more spaced out.

I love the people!!! Everyone cares and goes above and beyond to answer any question I may have. The motivation and support from the trainers/instructors has tremendously helped me in taking care of my body, the correct way. I see so much improvement in my mobility it's just unbelievable. All of this help given to me on just a monthly gym membership is amazing!!! DAC member for life!!!! I love y'all!!!

All the exercise equipment you could ever need. Super awesome! Equipment in great condition. Locker rooms are kept clean. Lastly, weights are returned to racks and the overall facility is very clean!! A++
