the group classes are excellent and the trainers, Heather and Ilyse are amazing.
The gym is conveniently located for me. It has plenty of free weights which is primarily what I use.

Front desk staff are friendly and very sociable, and Fitness Factory is extremely clean. Also I love Erica-dumbbell dancing oh, I have been following her for many years and Irwin and his Zumba classes are perfect!
Club is clean, always provides the most up to date equipment and training experiences, and is a real bargain for the membership fee.

The instructors are excellent. Facility is clean except some people don't respect the rules of the gym and trash it. That's disappointing. They should be given a warning and then lose their membership.
Group classes are very good. Dylan and Nadine make it very comfortable to go at your own pace and to also substitute one exercise for another. They are great!

Murphy health and fitness center is great. It has a variety of exercises to do etc.
