I love that it’s affordable, usually not too crowded, and has all you could want from a gym for the price.

The best thing about Powerhouse Gym--which sets it apart from any other gym in the area--might be the quality of the cleaning. No matter how messy things get during the day, you've got a truly dedicated janitor cleansing the gym of all it sins against cleanliness during the night. For a busy, 24 hour gym full of college students, it is truly amazing how well it is kept up.
Great classes variety and instructors. I love the energizing experience. However you need to fix the floor in the main studio. Planks are coming up and this could be potentially very serious people of all ages can get hurt this has been reported by numerous people but to no avail this and the AC are the only negatives

It’s a great service and friendly welcoming crews when you’re entering to Novi powerhouse after long day at work or before going to work. But you feel great whenever you work out at Novi location. I appreciate.
