I’ve used Junkluggers four times. I had the same two workers on each occasion. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did for me. They were straightforward about the estimate process. Once I agreed to the price, they went directly to work and were quick and efficient in completing the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I can't say enough good things about the 2 gentlemen who came to remove all the heavy furniture from my home. Pereonte and Rob took great care in all aspects of the pick up. I've never seen such professionalism, courtesy and respect for my home as these 2 gentlemen showed. When my neighbors inquired about the furniture pick up I told them how I would highly recommend Junkluggers and to ask for Pereonte and Rob if they ever needed your services. From the original phone call, to showing up at the precise time, doing the job in a quick professional manner, and the cost of the job were all exceptional.

They were very quick and professional and relatable. They explained the process and listened as well as made thoughtful suggestions. It’s hard to part with items that have been in your home or family for years. Sometimes moving things around and seeing things you forgot you had brings up memories. But you have to let go so you can have a healthy life. They understand and handle things well.
Initial discussion to set up an appointment. Operator met with me on time reviewed the job provided initial quote that was actually reduced by the time the job was completed based upon the actual amount of furniture/items removed. I liked that they are eco-friendly. Staff was friendly & went to work immediately. It was an extremely hot/muggy day & continued until finished. A box that wasn’t supposed to go (miscommunication) was retrieved asap. I couldn’t believe how fast it seemed to go…& they also fit in a spinet piano/bench! They did all this in about 2-2 & 1/2 hrs. Cleaned up before leaving I would recommend JunkLuggers.
