Malik and Alejandro were great! I had an appointment scheduled between 12-2pm and just before 2pm, Malik called to let me know they were running late. He continued to keep me updated until he arrived. It took 30 minutes to load my furniture. They were great guys and answered all my questions about the truck, their services, etc. I am now reconsidering getting a dumpster since Junkluggers was so quick and easy.

Came within stated time range, ready to move things out and to the truck. Charles and Naeem were friendly, efficient and patient. The cellar door was stuck (painted) shut so they had to use the shallow interior steps. Had to remove door from old upright freezer to get it out of kitchen. Did so and got the thing out of the kitchen being very careful not to damage tile floor or paint on door jamb. Junk removal was much easier from the garage -- just opened the door and it went straight to the truck.
This is the second time I've used Junkluggers and plan to do so again when I have more junk to get rid of.

Timely, efficient and careful service. There was some miscommunication between scheduler, the administration and the truck driver. For example, I couldn’t seem to get the phone number changed so that the driver had the phone number for the person who would actually be at the site. (This after several calls to your admin service) Also I was told by the same incompetent admin that you had schedule two trucks but only one was actually scheduled. He thought it was a small load, but it was huge and he had to make several trips, taking half a day. The driver and helper were great, but poor communication between others.
