Guys were hard working, finished under estimated time. Clean and didn't smoke. Big plus with me cause of allergies..
JunkLuggers was excellent for a 2BR 2B apartment cleanout. They accommodated our long delay between a first and a second estimate (which was lower); they did the job on the date we requested; they provided all the information we needed to coordinate with the co-op managing company.
On the day of the cleanout, Robert, the crew foreman, was thorough and pleasant to work with regarding truck parking, elevator management, and a solid time estimate for completion. They arrived promptly and finished 20 minutes before their predicted time.
Finally, the job was estimated for 2-1/4 truckloads, but only required 2. The bill was reduced by the amount the extra 1/4 truckload would have cost, instantly. Robert and his crew did a fine job. I recommend JunkLuggers of NYC without any reservations.
Very good customer service and response. Dumpster delivery was later the same day and driver was very courteous.
Go to all floors (not just ground), willing to take anything, and you go to more than one donation site. Also very quick to respond and schedule. Movers were focused and polite, and they worked hard to pack efficiently. All good!
