I am really impressed by how hard the guys worked to clear my roof and how pleasant they were and how careful they were to carry the very heavy items down so many flights of stairs. They were true champions. I have had so many complaints in the past about the stairs and I completely understand, but Junk Luggers were so professional and positive and pleasant and it was great meeting them. The price was so reasonable given the weight of my items - literally a concrete dining table and bags of rocks to weigh down a huge umbrella (what was I thinking?). Thank you Junk Luggers. I would recommend you to the world if I could!

I love that you took everything, even 200+ books that were not in cartons. I love that the items that can be donated are donated and the rest are disposed of. It was extremely easy to schedule the appointment. The driver was very communicative, letting me know when he was close and giving me an estimate very quickly. The team worked quickly and efficiently and courteously. The entire experience was excelelnt.

The two guys who came were very nice and friendly. I had all kinds of things from mops to furniture and they took everything. They were also careful with my house and didn’t damage anything.
I like that you take everything and then dispose of it thoughtfully, recycling and donating whatever possible. Well worth the modest cost.
