I have very small dogs and I like the way you keep them separate. I also love the CC TV so I can check them during the day. People are really friendly and very clean.
Friendly, attentive and caring attendants. Clean and well thought-out facilities. We have them groomed elsewhere, because they require hand-stripping to maintain the texture and color of their coats.

Love the facility and the staff and the care that they take of my 2 dogs, Gus and Scout. They absolutely LOVE going to AAPRRH and almost always come home completely wiped of their excessive and unrelenting energy.
Our dog is a family member. We don't like to be away from her, but we know that Chris and team will take good care of her while we are away. Being able to view her on the web cams also takes away some of our anxiety.

The staff are very friendly and treat the dogs like their own pets. I don't have to worry about Fonzie when he's there because I know they are taking good care of him. And if I miss him, there's always the web cams!

I love the care takers! I love the fact that there is 24 hour care! The facility seems very clean! Everyone seems so friendly and love my dog! I have just started to use the Rochester Hills Facility and have only used the boarding part. I have only been able to get one care takers name and that is Zach, who has been there both times I have boarded my Gracie. I will continue to use AAPR Rochester Hills.
Facility is clean, staff is friendly and genuinely interested in my pet, convenient grooming sevices on site, love the play time (my dog loves it too!).
Shelby seems very at ease and appears to have fun while at your facility. I personally like that it is VERY clean and staff are friendly. My only one tiny issue is that when they bathed Shelby, she wasnt blow dryed. Her breed tends to have ear problems when left wet and it's as much my fault as yours as I should have been more clear with instructions.

The is very clean, inviting kennel for the pets to enjoy. The pets are well cared for and at play time the pets get to join with each other and get exercise, not kept in a cage. we will certainly use Towles in the future
