What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

Towles is spotless; Jodi and others at the front desk are cheerful, well-informed, and knowledgeable. They are detail oriented (I left something behind after my last visit -- no not the dog!) and phoned about it). They clearly love, love, love dogs and no accommodation is too silly. I saw a super dog-sitter during small-dog play time. He lap sitting one small guy and petting another by his side while the more energetic pooches chased around. The sitter was placidly interacting with the two that seemed shyer, or older, or whatever -- giving individualized attention that was clearly responding to the dogs' needs. This recent trip was my third or fourth; I keep coming back whenever we can't take Jake, and highly highly highly recommend it.

I love the staff. They always welcome our pets with open arms and when I leave them I know they are going to be well taken care of. My Ruben and Cooper love going there to play with all of the other dogs. Thank you for all that you do. We are very happy as are the pets.

This is a top-notch pet resort. My dog loves to go here. She exhibits zero stress when entering the building and is actually excited to be there. Whenever we check up on her using the web cam, she is playing and happy!

Love the cameras, group play times, 24-hour on-site staff, and am so very appreciative of the flexible drop-off and pick-up times.

I think my 2 dogs are spoiled when they are there. They get a lot of exercise and after I boarded them for 4 days they slept for two days. Thank you for taking such good care of them!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

Cleanliness, friendliness, lots of playtime and hours for drop-off/pick-up. Webcam though wasn't able to take advantage of it ... didn't have access to Internet Explore but think its awesome that it is available. I'm sure our dog "Mo" had the time of his life ... he sure was exhausted when we got him home... probably dreaming of all his new friends!!! Thank you so much for your great care .... I've already spoken very highly of you and have recommended you to a few people already!!!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

We only did boarding. Loved the ability to check in on trooper during play time and love that you have the play time options! Staff was very friendly, helpful and reassuring. We were concerned Trooper might not do so well because he's a shelter rescue and scared of everything,but he seemed like he had a great time. Thank you! We'll never back!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I love the group play time for all of the dogs. It makes me feel better knowing my dog is getting exercise while she is gone. I also love how attentive the staff was while my dog stayed. They were very friendly and helpful.

Love the attention and play time they get. Always bring them home after a weekend and they are exhausted from playing and the fun they had. Good feeling to know they were taken care of!
