Very friendly staff. Our dog was well taken care of.
I love how friendly the staff is, no matter what day or time we drop off/pick up Ginseng. Everyone knows him by name, and tells me how much of a joy it is to have him there. He's always very tired when he comes home, which tells me that he gets more than enough playtime and attention. I've seen everyone in the play area on camera, and the dogs and employees seem to be having a ton of fun, but also have a close eye on everyone, which is reassuring. I recommend this resort to everyone I know that has dogs, and the ones who give it a shot are just as happy as I am.

We board 2 dogs together and All American Pet Resorts Rochester Hills has done a really great job taking care of them. One of the dogs is very fearful and they do a good job making her feel secure and that makes me feel better & more relaxed while I am away so I can enjoy my trip:)

of course I want to make separation as easy as possible for my pet. He came home with tail wagging. Loved getting the email with pictures of him playing with newly made friends :)
friendly staff, clean facility, dog seems to really like being there.
Being available to pick up 24/7 and being able to watch them in their suite or at play. Although some times it is not easy to log in.

associates are very friendly and helpful and able to answer questions. They work with our dog during play sessions . the kennels seem really clean and well maintained

Since we got our dog from County rescue, we were afraid that boarding him would be traumatic for him. He was fine, and from what we think he really enjoyed himself. All the people we had contact with were very nice, informative and very helpful. We enjoyed our vacation knowing he was safe and we think he enjoyed his vacation too!!

The people you have there are so awesome. They know my dog as soon as we walk in and she is always so excited to see them. I can tell how much they love the dogs they care for.
I was extremely worried about leaving my 2 senior dachsies in boarding for a week. However after being able to see them during their private play ti each day I was so releaved to see them wagging their tails and enjoying the affection they were being given. I received a text message each day to alert me that they were heading out to play so I could tune in. The came home healthy me happy. 😍
