Like my children, I want to know that when I drop my dog off, whether it be for just the day or for boarding, that she is well taken care of. It's more than obvious to me that she is by her excitement when she's asked if she wants to go "to doggy daycare". I' feel very fortunate to have found a place for her where the staff is caring and has a genuine interest in what they do! They are very friendly and make every attempt to know our family. There is definitely a comfort when walking in and out of those doors. Thank you!!

Works with my crazy busy schedule, and my puppy is always very excited to go there. He is happy and worn out by the time I come pick him up!

Like that there is someone there 24 hours/day. Like the webcam. Like that there is grooming services offered while pet is being boarded.
The staff is always very friendly and we know that our dog receives great care while he is there. It's also great to have the flexibility and convenience of drop off and pick up times 24 hours a day.

The report card to let you know how your pet did. I also liked the webcam feature so you can watch your pet play while you're gone.
The staff treated my dog as if he were their own pet! I loved being able to see him online any time I was missing him! He didn't have time to miss me, he was kept busy playing with all of his "friends"! He had a great "vacation" and I have not doubt he would love to go back soon!

Even though I know our dog would much rather be home with us, she seems very happy when we pick her up, and we have no residual issues after her stay. The personnel at AAPR are wonderful and truly seem to love dogs. It is by far the best place we have ever left our dogs.

The staff and management were very nice and tried our dogs as if they were their own. We did not have any wonders that our dogs were being taken care of. It was a great comfort to be able to see our dogs in their suite at any time. When we came to pick them up, they were very happy to see us but happy all around. We knew they loved their visit with the staff and having new friends. We highly recommend this place to all of friends and family.

I appreciate frequent opportunities for Fraser out to socialize. It is nice to be able to observe his behaviors with other dogs by way of the web cams.
my boys went right to staff members when dropped off and they both seemed very happy after spending 5 days with you. The staff was courteous and helpful, answering my questions and encouraging me to call back anytime to check in.

This was the first time my dogs were away from home. They have been absolutely fine since I picked them up, so all of my worrying was for nothing. Better webcams would be great! Couldn't see them in their kennel and hard to see them outside in the play yard.
I love the report which confirms how I would think our pets would behave. They were happy and relaxed when we picked them up and smelled great from their baths! From the moment we walked in the door I was at ease, everyone we encountered was friendly and knew how to approach our trio of dogs. The facility is immaculate, I didn't smell anything!! We will be back again and again and we wish we had an All American Pet Resort close to our home so we could use your day are on a regular basis. Thank you so much!!! We hope to see you soon!!
You offer pet baths, grooming, etc., while the dogs are there. One stop shopping!
The staff was extremely nice and put our mind at ease about leaving our precious Pablo there for the first time. And by the way his report card said, he had a wonderful time and well taken care of. Thanks again!
We do not have to worry about our pet when she is there. We are able to pull her up on a camera and see how she is doing. The staff seem to be very dedicated to their jobs which makes us feel at eaze.
I like that the staff is friendly, the dogs are able to play together during the day, and that the puppies have special care in terms of potty breaks and feeding times.

The grooming service is excellent as they do it the way I want it done instead of following their own preferences as some other firms do.
