The service I received from the staff was top notch! The ladies I encountered were very sweet and friendly and the gentleman collecting towels and cleaning up was quiet but supportive of my new bald head. I will definitely be going back!!

I travel for work and I'm normally only in the same area for a few months at a time. I have yet to have a bad experience at any of the Sports Clips that I've been to. Its nice to be able to find one close by when I'm traveling and be able to get my hair cut no matter where I'm at.

the lady who cut my hair at biltmore park location did an excellent job. my previous visit was horrible and i am not picky at all. i was never gonna go back but the other place i go could not fit me in. this hairstylist did as good as they do and it is a high end salon. i recommend you looking up what stylist gave me a cut and compensate her well to keep her. i sat waiting for awhile and she took care of three people before me. and she is fast. all the cuts looked good. my cut did not take her a long time at all and it looks really good. she is making so much money for yall just based on her speed. when you factor in the quality of the cut. she simply is not someone the store can afford to loose. in a way after one cut she is irreplaceable. thank you. if you happen to figure out who gave me the cut email me the name so i can ask for her specifically please.
