Rosalie like always did her thing with my beard. All I have to do is explain what I need and she does a great job everytime. Super nice, sweet and cares very much about her customers, employees and the sportsclips business. She also cuts my daughters hair, she is my all around go to!!!!!

I like being able to make appointment online and then don't have to wait long in store, due to updates via text. Also, Mel B did great job with my son's haircut, listening to and showing care in style. We will definitely go back to see Mel!

This was my first visit to a Sport Clips, and my stylist was outstanding! My only recommendation would to try and achieve more accuracy with the estimated wait time on the mobile app. When I initially checked, the estimated wait time was 137 minutes, which was acceptable. Then when I completed the mobile app check-in, the wait time immediately dropped to 97 minutes and I was given a recommended arrival time of 11:25am. Fortunately, I went to shopping center earlier to run a few errands prior to my appointment time, but once again the app started texting me telling me I was up next (early) and I needed to actually show up, earlier than the 11:25am time and if I didn’t show up right away, I risked losing my place in line. This was shortly after 11am, well before the app’s recommended arrival time of 11:25am. I felt as if I needed to skip my errands and hurry to the SC location and run my errands afterwards. Had I not already been in the vicinity at 11am, I might have lost my spot because the app did not provide me with an accurate estimated arrival time. Once I arrived, everything was excellent. I will definitely return.

You all do a great job. However, the prices are a bit steep.

Consistency! I travel for work. My hair doesn’t stop growing because I am not in my home market. Sport Clips gives me a place to go wherever I am that day. The staff are well trained, courteous, and I know what to expect.

Life is tough for everyone, but here everyone is kind and upbeat. I always select my hair cut lady, Christie, because she and I have real conversations about challenges we both face in our lives. I always leave the shop feeling better than when I arrived; not just because of a wonderful haircut, but because of getting to connect with such an amazing lady. She even beeps her horn saying “hello” as she passes my home in the evenings. She represents the Sports Clips brand as so much more than just a hair cut place. She also spares a few moments while cutting my hair with therapy for a man whose life is tough. I think of Sports Clips, I think of Christie…it’s why I come back.

Like the process, having a reservation is my favorite part of the experience along with each stylist getting notes about what I want done. MVP is also a great way the end the haircut day.
