Surveys are extremely important. I will rate a 10 because being in sales surveys may effect ones pay. Everything was great aside from the basic shirts offered. Everything is based off standard men sizes. Unfortunately for myself I was born with a Bulldogs neck and found myself in a larger shirt than needed to fit my big head. I don't know what the purpose of getting fitted was to just give me a shirt that fit my neck and sleeves only that literally looked like a dress. I understand cost and making money but I would have liked to been told ahead of time that this is how the shirts come. I ended up with a smaller shirt that fit my body and having to undue the top button. All in all everything worked out. But there is no point in citing someone if you are not going to accommodate completely to the measurements. Staff was great no complaints in regards to them at all!

Customer service was excellent and the tux fit perfectly and looked great.
The staff at the Anaheim location were friendly and great. My tux was as close as a rental could be. My complaint would be that I was a groom of an upcoming wedding. When registering the tuxedo selections for my groomsman, I was asked, and advised the men could get any cut pant (slim or regular) that fit them best, and they could pick up their tuxedos on Wednesday. My groomsman that was short was told he could not get slim fit pants (he looked like a clown with the parachute tux pants), and my 300+ pound Best Man's tuxedo wasn't ready on Wednesday. So the earliest he was able to pick it up was late Thursday. Given everything else going on, the Thursday pick up was inconvenient.

The Torrance location has excellent employees with great customer service. They guided us through the entire process and they were always willing to answer questions when we had to call.
My only major frustration was with our Friar Tux pick up location which was the store in Lakewood. One of my groomsman were told they could not get their coat replaced. The groomsman went to the Lakewood store on a Thursday night. He told the representative that his suit jacket was too large and the representative just shrugged off the concern and said the jacket looked "fine" and there was nothing they could do; however, as it states on your company website
"5.Can you accommodate same day deliveries for party members who need last minute changes?
Yes. Each Friar Tux Shop location is equipped to make adjustments to orders with back up merchandise and basic alteration services on the premises. Should a larger change be necessary, our Southern California based Service Center is nearby to support additional changes within 24 hours."
The representative said "No" there wasn't anything that could be done and did not offer to contact the Southern California based Service Center to have the adjustment made. The groomsman had to return the following day once he realized that the representative did not make this offer and he had to speak with a store manager to get the change made. I think it's important to make sure that all representatives are aware of company policies and options available to the customers.
