I forgot what her name was because it was so busy but both times i came in she was amazing and so welcoming made everything about the process easier and made me feel special as no matter how many people were there she cared for me as a customer. She did not just throw things at me and move on to someone else. It was my first time being a best man and she really made this process easy!!

Your employee/associate! I arrived at your store unenthusiastically on the afternoon of May 3rd, needing a tuxedo for a last-minute event on May 7th. Your associate quickly promised that I could get a tuxedo and began to work with me on options within my budget (it was for a work event so I did not want to spend much on the rental). She promptly showed me a style that worked for me, and proceeded to measure me all while enthusiastically reassuring me that my event would be great. She handed me a pair of pants, a shirt and a jacket to try on. Everything fit perfectly! I've never had that happen when getting measured/fitted. She asked what kind of break I wanted on the pants and when I asked, she gave me the pros and cons on both styles I was leaning towards and provided her personal opinion (which was very good!). I promptly paid, and was on my way within half and hour, actually beginning to feel enthusiastic about my event. On Thursday, May 5, she was working when I arrived for the final fitting. She saw me, quickly called me over by name, and had me try on the tuxedo. Everything fit perfectly! I was out in less than 15 minutes! Finally on Sunday when I stopped to return the tuxedo, she was working, saw me, called me over, inquired about the event, and thanked me for the business while verifying that I had returned everything and not left anything in the pockets. I wish I was better with names and recalled her name, because she is a gem to your company and the Glendale location!
I went in On a Wednesday to rent a tuxedo for my son to use on a Saturday. They have an easy to use check in process where you scan a code and then follow directions on your phone. Employees greeted everyone that came in. The young girl that helped me was friendly and accurate with the sizing of suit that my son needed. Friday pick up day, tuxedo fit perfectly. One bump through this experience, the shoes I rented were not sent from the warehouse. Employee was very apologetic and was able to find extra shoes that were my son’s size. At time of return, the process is again very easy. You are told where to hang your bag with all items that need to be returned. Without a doubt, I will be back next year with my other son.
