The customer service was great where I ordered my suit (West Covina) and where I returned it in San Diego. I got the same great customer service at both locations. I will definitely be back for future rentals.

Hire more staff! Two staff members with 30 people in the waiting room is NOT a pleasant experience for the waiting customers!

Great service, very knowledgeable and efficient staff. They have a great selection and make sure the fit is perfect. Have rented several times without any issues, if anything does come up they are quick to fix it. I would recommend this location.

The service in store was great and incredible. The was some misinterpreted information regarding my out of town guests who rent from Friar tux as well.
Super nice, super helpful. The guy who helped me assured that my skin tight pants will be replaced asap and I wouldn’t need to worry. My brother in law ordered me slim fit when my body mass index is 36. Lol

Joson is an amazing store manager and the entire staff provides great customer service. They bend over backwards to ensure that your special event goes along smoothly and I will definitely be back whenever I need an outfit for a special occasion.

I really liked the service and availability of tuxes. I called on a Tuesday and they were able to have it for me the following Wed. Not only that, but they let me turn it in a day late.
Elizabeth at the store in Azusa was very helpful as well as the woman who checked me in when I brought the tux back. I have been renting tuxedos here for a few year and wil probably buy one from this store.

Very easy and nice quality if suites. Was able to change sizes the week of the wedding. Easy return process. And worked for our few people who lived out of state.
