Can do attitude by your assistant manager! Made things happened and was able to help me get a suit on the same day of the event. My back went out and I was not able to shop for a suit in advance. I waited until the day of the event afraid of my back pain and your manager in your Arcadia location was absolutely incredible by physically helping me get into my suit.
While being helped I noticed how attentive everyone was to other customers.

Tuxedo fit great and comfortable. Service was outstanding luka was awesome with all his measurements and recommendations. I was able to pick up tuxedo before my scheduled fitting day. And returning tuxedo at a different location was easy. Definitely will be back for future rentals or purchases.
Friar Tux made it very easy to pick a suit and coordinate with the groomsmen on getting their suits. The only thing I wish was that there were a few more options for buying/renting. We ended up buying them all but it would be nice to have given the guys options to rent instead if that is what they would prefer. The suit quality for the price was great though and we were very satisfied with how they looked and the process of getting the suits.
Just completed a wedding in which I was the groom and had 10 groomsmen, plus family, rent tuxes from Friars in Arcadia, CA. The service was amazing, the Arcadia location was accommodating to every request. Everyone's tux flawless, we all looked amazing. The manager of the Arcadia location, Josan, deserves all the praise. Went to his location numerous times to pick up, get fitted, etc.. I dealt with multiple service reps, each one was efficient, helpful, and considerate. Great job of training your staff. Thank you!
