The experience was great. I would recommend getting there early or having an appointment because I went on a Saturday mid morning during wedding/homecoming season and the wait was the hardest part. However, once we were called the experience was great. The representative, Aaron, was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Even though it was a busy day we did NOT feel rushed. He helped us find exactly what my son needed. I was able to get my son's suit order in the same day, with great communication on fitting and the return of the rental. I would go to them again.

The service. This place is always packed but it’s not the workers fault. Owners decide to shutdown 2 other locations. My point: Friar tux has a reputation and people chose to go there. I just had my wedding. Initially only my groomsmen got tux. Armando the manager was awesome. With 1 week left to my wedding they were able to get me a tux for my wedding. Forever thankful and grateful!
What I could not find for purchase, I was able to rent. Also, Jenna helped me decide on a tie and it was well received by other guests at the wedding I attended.

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH NO PROBLEMS
Very fast and clear process of getting measured and fitted. Took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Updates and reminders are prompt as well as the drop off process.
I received excellent service for a reasonable price and the clothes for myself (the groom) and my groomsmen looked fantastic! I especially loved the "cinnamon" color for our accents (ties & pocket squares) - it was a huge hit.
Your associates! Wow—super kind, super knowledgeable, super professional. Las Vegas needs a bigger space though, c’mon! It’s Vegas…all sorts of formal events going on here…the space is too small. Get a bigger space and hire more associates and be great here in Vegas!
