Inspector was efficient and knowledgeable

A report delivery timeframe of at least four weeks is unusual. Typically, reports are completed in less than one week.

As I was gone away hunting with no phone service they called to conferm my appointment with no answer they did not email me which my wife would of received so they didn’t take the time to show up as my wife stayed home all day to meet them then they decided to use my email to send a bill for services they want payment but was to busy to even show up at the house. I guess there to busy to show up for appointments but not to busy to send a bill
