The wind mitigation report made no mention of the lanai storm screens or the Miami Dade stamp on all windows. I would have liked to have seen more on the Chinese Drywall but essentially it confirmed no Chinese drywall, which was my major concern.

Great detail and a great price!
Friendliness and how answers to buyer's questions are communicated during the inspection. My buyer commented that the inspector "was thorough, but kind of a jerk" I have to agree with how abrupt some of his answers were... as if the buyer had asked a stupid question.
