My home inspection very thorough. The inspector talked me through the process and addressed any concerns i had.
The inspector didn't catch the gas leak in the fireplace even after the realtor and I complained that we could smell gas. He didn't check the front door inside or he would have found the shoddy patch work on the frame. There were light outlets that didn't have bulbs in them and so they weren't checked, I would have expected the inspector to put in a bulb to ensure they worked.
Friendly service, they lad dressed my questions. And explained things.
