The staff is friendly courteous and helped me quickly get a property inspected. The inspectors seem to be very thorough providing detailed photos that gave me the assurance the property was in good shape.

Ive used Amerispec for over 10 years through at least 2 ownership turnovers. This inspection was tidious verbose and the new form is unclear and not helpful to buyers. My inspector talked on and on and simply said things that I thought were misstatements.
