In my experience the inspectors know what to look for as well as they say what they see and don't give an opinion just the facts about the property.

Professional and knowledgeable inspectors. Professional booklet that covers all questions about what was done. This is our second home inspection with Amerispec and this one was as good as the first one three years ago.

Very Professional and thorough in the review. Having the pictures to show the buyers of everything inspected without having to walk them all around the property is wonderful and the convenience of credit card payments was great. My only concern was the serious demeaner of the Inspector. My buyers were almost afraid to buy the house because of so many problems expressed by the inspector, as if the house was about to fall apart. I think there should be some assurance by the inspector that the overall house is in good condition that these are all things that can be fixed. Even if you know they can see that for themselves.

I've been repeatedly disappointed with the inspectors.
Matt, the inspector went above and beyond when it was time for the listing agent to contact the sellers of the home to discuss repairs that were needed. The sellers got a third party A/C company who claimed the home did not need another return. Matt interjected appropriately and explained to them why the A/C unit required another return.
The inspector was very professional and everything he spoke about was easy to understand. Plus he provided a lot of great maintenance tips that didn't make us feel overwhelmed. It was a great experience overall.
