In comparison to other inspections I have seen completed, I felt the findings were a bit vague in describing recommended improvements/repairs so it was difficult to use the inspection findings for negotiations with the seller. Some of the concerns verbally expressed were not written down on the inspection report.

My name is Justin Woodford, co-owner of AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspections. Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I'm sorry you didn't receive your report the next day. When an inspection is preformed on a Friday normally the report is not going to be delivered till the following Monday. We can get the report out on Saturday however we need to be notified upfront. Again I do apologize for the frustration and if there is anything I can do to help in the future, please do not hesitate to ask.

The inspector is extremely thorough and attentive to detail (pictures are great). This is the 3rd time using AmeriSpec and have been completely satisfied with the level of service each time. Unfortunately I don't live in the area so I rely heavily on these inspections. In my opinion, Matt is the best in the business and would not go with anyone else.
