Very thourough and good attention to detail

Steve made the inspection process so easy, painless, and not complicated at all. He was great!! He explained everything thoroughly, and with an amazing attitude. His attitude at his work really makes ALL the difference and really stands out when you have to contact so many different people during the home buying process. Very informative and thorough. Not rushed to get it done. I don't normally like paper as all my files are digital but I greatly appreciated the binder with the manual. I just wish I'd had it at my first house! Thanks again.

Brent was very thorough in his inspection of the property and took time to explain what routine maintenance was needed once we take possession of the home.
The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I knew exactly what had to be looked at, fixed, etc. (within specific time frames) Also made sure I knew whether it was a service call or something I could do myself (without professional help), and approximately how much time, and effort I would need to put in to have something fixed or serviced.
Not sure. This was my first home inspection and I was satisfied with every part. Not sure what else could be done to make improvements.
