Brent is very knowledgeable. He was also immediate in correcting or I should say upgrading our report, when we had a question. I much prefer photos incorporated into the report so that when you are dealing with follow up issues with the seller and their agent, we do not have to spend so much time downloading photos and trying to label them in conjunction with the report. A report that provides photos with the written issues is so much more convenient. The inspection was 4 hours and that was not expected by any of the parties.
I did apologize to the sellers through their agent and they were fine and I missed an appointment. I think that sending the client the report after inspection would eliminate the above. I am very curious as to your feed back on photos/time lines/prepared report on site verses later emailed to client...

WWhile the initial inspection had been completed for a previous owner which fell through, John carefully inspected the noted areas where the sellers were noticed they should repair. I was so happy when he told me I was purchasing a well constructed house!

Arrived on-time, very professional, work was done quickly, took the time to answer my questions completely, suggested ways to improve efficiency of our energy use with sensible and reasonable changes ie) foam insulation for our basement that would help cut heating/cooling costs and allow us to increase our gov't rebate, and told us we could get another audit later if we couldn't afford to have work done within the timetable of this audit.
