Wonderful!!! This is the second time that we have requested an inspection with AmeriSpec and their service is simply superb. No exaggeration. I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a home. Doug (our inspector) takes his time to examine everything, he is very detailed and communicative. Amazing service and the stuff at the office is very kind and quick to respond.

Our friendly inspector Ed made the inspection reassuring and also fun. We didn’t think house inspections would be something you could enjoy but Ed was so great we enjoyed spending time with him. I appreciated the detailed report which alerted us to a few items to address. Thanks ed!
